The Outbound Team Specialist should conduct different operations of the Bank by phone and other distance communication channels, conduct outbound calls, redirect inbound inquiries to relevant persons and/or specialized divisions of the Bank, follow up client inquiries, ensure proper identification of client messages, orders and requests and perform other duties assigned by the Bank.
