Hub Technologies needs an account manager.
- Be the single point of contact for all customers requests
- Make and receive calls to support both carriers and shippers
- Rectify problems such as damages, delays, and non-conformance to specifications
- Control whole logistics operations cycle and make it more efficient
- Analyze customers’ feedback and make improvements in the process
- Complete and provide reports to internal stakeholders
- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Have or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Strong verbal / written communication skills
- Organizing skills, and the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated, with a deep affinity for problem-solving
- Positive attitude and strategic planning focused on customer satisfaction
