- Plan, assign and coordinate daily workload to Customer Success team
- Help Customer Support Manager in planning and executing Customer Success functions
- Ensure that the team follows company policies and procedures
- Provide operational support and develop processes that drive product adoption and successful client outcomes
- Uncover and act on challenges, barriers and opportunities around the Customer Success team’s efficiency and scalability
- Assist in Customer success team hiring and HR processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Higher education
- Fluency in Armenian and English, knowledge of Korean will be a big plus
- Good understanding of Customer Success processes
- Working experience in a relevant industry will be a plus
- Experience of working with a team of 60+ employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- A can-di attitude.
