Job responsibilities

What will you do:

 

  • Develop and maintain financial models and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Prepare and present financial and operational dashboards and metrics for Executive Management.
  • Develop analysis and metrics to measure and monitor product development milestones.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Assess and quantify the competitive landscape including analysis of market size, share, and opportunity.
  • Assist management with critical highlights to help drive understanding of the market impact on the business model.
  • Provide exceptional finance and accounting business support.
  • Assist construction loan process, ensuring invoicing and reporting in accordance with contract terms.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiency in internal processes

Required qualifications

  • Ongoing/complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Analytics, or Real Estate.
  • Excellent English skills
  • Analytical skills - you can analyze, structure, and work with financial data and complicated financial models, and come up with conclusions based on the information you analyze
  • You are expected to demonstrate financial statement awareness, such as working with Excel spreadsheets, finance data, software tools, and financial modeling
  • Ownership over the analysis and reporting within a defined scope
  • Proficient quantitative, financial, and data manipulation skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • You are resilient, smart, outgoing, optimistic, and committed to success - the company is proud of the environment and the culture they were able to create, and would like a junior specialist to share these expectations
