Technamin LLC needs a Turkish Speaking Customer Support Specialist․

On behalf of one of our partner companies, Technamin is looking for a Turkish Speaking Customer Support Specialist. They will interact with the business customers by responding to questions and resolving issues, thereby providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product and service.

Job responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Building strong and effective relationships with customers through ongoing communication
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Investigating and following up queries using all information, systems, or work tools available
  • Resolving customer problems fairly and effectively seeking to improve the customer experience
  • through continuous improvement
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing translations when needed
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Required qualifications 

  • University degree
  • Strong command of written and spoken Turkish
  • Good knowledge of English is a plus
  • Experience working with customer support is a plus
  • Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Full Computer literacy
  • Ability to work in flexible and mixed shifts
