OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN A BANK WITHOUT ECONOMIC EDUCATION
Today YSU hosted a discussion with the participation of the representatives of the Department of Human Resources Management of “ProCredit” Bank.

The meeting was organized by YSU Alumni and Career Centre, YSU Centre for Leadership and Gender Studies in collaboration with “ProCredit” Bank.

 

Head of the Department of Human Resources Management of “ProCredit” Bank Mariam Hambardzumyan told the participants of the meeting about her experience, advised never to despair and be ready for the challenges and not to retreat.

 

Speakers with the help of a film presented the “Young Banker Program”. This 6 month retraining program on multilateral development aims to give theoretical and practical knowledge to potential employees of the “ProCredit” Bank.

 

The program is open to the HEI alumni in any specialty. The program includes a number of important courses in finances and banking. Theoretical courses are organized in a centralized manner in Yerevan and practical training - in Yerevan and regional branches of the bank. Classes are held in English.

 

Participants will receive a monthly stipend, which may be revised depending on the experience. Those participants who graduate from the program with positive marks will receive a job offer in the “ProCredit” Bank.

 

During the meeting, experts also answered questions asked by the participants.
