The teams of YSU and French universities in Armenia were recognized as winners in the final of the interuniversity moot court dedicated to the issues of criminal law and criminal proceedings, initiated by YSU Faculty of Law and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ).

"U-Multirank" has published the ranking list of the best universities in the world in 2021, according to which YSU has improved its position among 417 regional universities.
