The program was ordered by the Office for Implementation of Projects of the RA Ministry of Education and Science and it was funded by the World Bank.
The PEMIS was prepared by the “Synergy International” Company in cooperation with “CHS” Company in the framework of the loan program “Education Quality and Relevance”.
The program is designed to provide the uniformity of the information flow in the field of professional education. It consists of two parts, input and query from the database.
The system will be installed in the central hub - “National Centre for Educational Technologies” SNCO and will have local installed variants at 186 educational institutions. They will serve as an internal management system and ensure the transmission of information to the central hub.
“CHS” Company representative introduced the working process of the system and how to use it, together with its opportunities and purposes.
YSU vice-rectors Ruben Markosyan, Gegham Gevorgyan, Alexander Grigoryan, chief accountant Rafik Grigoryan, heads and representatives of various subdivisions were present at this meeting.
At the very beginning of the presentation of this information management system a number of questions were raised by the universitarians, which related to the content of the system and also its technical side.
After the long and active discussions the parties decided to offer software solutions and substantial changes via cooperation to receive a full information system.
We should note that this system has already been introduced at a number of educational institutions.
