PRACTICAL FIRE TRAINING FOR YSU STUDENTS
On October 6, YSU students took part in a practical fire training at the Nubarashen military base.

This initiative was supported by the Combat Training Club of YSU and the Ministry of Defense of the RA.

The students had previously received theoretical fire training.

 The purpose of the event was to teach students to improve their skills.

After a theoretical introduction the participants of the course passed to the shooting exercises, using different types of weapons.

The president of the club Liparit Ghazaryan said that the interest in such trainings is quite high: "The club is the first student military institution in Armenian, which regularly organize inter-university lectures on regional, military topics, visits to military units, combat positions, meetings with representatives of the Armenian MOD departments".

YSU student Mary Manukyan said, that the training was very useful: “We are a war-torn country and our knowledge can be useful”.
