THE DEFENSE OF GRADUATION THESES AND MASTER'S THESES AT YSU WILL BE CARRIED OUT ONLINE.
In order to organize the online defense, a separate virtual space has been created for each training program at YSU Training Management Platform (http://e-learning.ysu.am), as well as guidelines have been developed.

In the virtual spaces created by the laboratory of new educational technologies of YSU IT Educational and Research Center, it is possible to carry out the pre-defense and master's theses.

 

A sequence of steps has been developed in these virtual areas.

 

The pre-defense and defense will be carried out through the "Zoom" video conference, will be recorded and saved (Zoom Cloud).

 

The "Zoom" video conference is licensed and provides an opportunity to organize discussions with a large number of participants.

 

We would like to inform you that an online meeting with the vice-rectors was organized on April 17, during which the existing issues were discussed.

Within the framework of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) International Science and Technology Initiative (MISTI) Global Teaching Labs (GTL) program Yerevan State University (YSU) hosted three students back in January this year for the first time. MIT students Yu Jing Chen, Anne Snyder, and Sean Zhang taught three different subjects and held hands-on workshops for YSU students.
