GURGEN MELIKYAN IS AWARDED WITH “GRIGOR LUSAVORICH” MEDAL
On the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic Independence a ceremony of awarding was held in the office of the AR President. During the ceremony the Professor of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of YSU Gurgen Melikyan was awarded with “Grigor Lusavorich” medal.

The President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan handed state awards to a number of azatamartiks, state and public figures, benefactors, representatives of the sphere of economics, health care, education and culture.

During the ceremony Gurgen Melikyan said that he is happy to have taken part in Artsakh struggle for freedom.
