"YSU IS THE ONLY UNIVERSITY, WHICH PREPARES HR MASTERS"
Today, at the Armenia Marriott Hotel, a regional HR (Human Resources) two-day conference was launched, in which the Master's program "Human Resource Management" was also presented at the expo.

The two-day conference titled " Management of Changes " was organized by Cascade People & Business Company and the Armenian HR Association.

15 internationally recognized experts from Armenia, Russia, Georgia, USA, Austria, Denmark, Poland and Kyrgyzstan have been invited to participate in the conference, which also includes master classes.

Simultaneously with the conference, HR expo will also operate, which will enable participating companies to create new business contacts to form a solid professional network.

YSU Faculty of Sociology presented here its master's degree program ''Human Resource Management’'. Anna Maksudyan, a member of the Armenian HR Association and participant of the conference, told us that the program has been functioning since this academic year.

"There was no university in Armenia that would train human resources managers. The demand was great, and just because of this our team supported this program with the support of YSU, for which I am very proud," - Anna Maksudyan said.

Speaking about the Expo, the Master Program Manager mentioned that it is very effective to hold such an event simultaneously with the conference: "Representatives of many Armenian organizations, as well as many foreign participants, were present at the forum."

Meline Gevorgyan and Ani Khachatryan, students of the same program, presented YSU Master's program pavilion at the expo.

Meline Gevorgyan mentioned that the program includes subjects that transfer modern and competitive knowledge. Ani Khachatryan added that the Master's Program is unique in its nature.

It should be noted that the conference, as well as the expo held within it, will continue tomorrow.
