NEW GUIDE FOR MILITARY PSYCHOLOGISTS: COOPERATION BETWEEN YSU AND DEFENSE MINISTRY CONTINUES
Today the ceremony of handing over certificates of completion of the military training course for the specialists of the Ministry of Defense "Psychology" and presentation of the manual "Assessment and Development Methods of the Soldier's Mental Properties" took place.

The authors of the manual published by YSU are the lecturers of the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology. Particularly, the materials included in the manual have been developed based on the research carried out within the framework of the YSU Experimental Psychology Research Laboratory program.


Colonel Samvel Baroyan, Head of the Department of Psychological Support of the Armed Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia thanked YSU management for constant support and professional consultation.


Head of the Chair of General Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology Hrant Avanesyan presented the structure of the book, the methods used in the research and the importance of the work during the military activity.


At the end of the event, the participants of the training course on "Psychology", regularly held by YSU Department of Postgraduate Additional Education, received certificates of completion, as well as a copy of the manual.
