Karine Nazaryan, Deputy DIrector of YSU Alumni and Career Center, delivered a keynote speech at the seminar organized by YSU Alumni and Career Center and "Smartology Digital Marketing Academy". She welcomed the students and thanked them for showing interest in the training.
The meeting was conducted by the co-founder of "Smartology Digital Marketing Academy" Artak Harutyunyan, who, by the way, is a graduate of YSU Radiophysics Faculty. He urged students to be active.
The first day topic of the seminar-training was the digital environment. To emphasize its importance, he presented the areas to which the digital environment refers: "It is everywhere, and we all communicate with the digital environment every day. It can be a memory carrier, a plastic gear that is used to enter the building, etc."
Artak Harutyunyan presented the demand for digital marketing specialists, who, according to the speaker, has witnessed a sharp increase in the rapid growth of technology over the last few years. According to him, digitalization and digital environment make life easier: "Now, the experiment is being applied to the identification system in daily commodities where it is possible, for example, to buy something in the store with the help of smartphones, without seller. Payments are made out automatically."
He spoke about the difference between marketing and digital marketing through video and computer screenings, presenting the tools of each of them.
On the second day of the seminar, the trainer will address the topics "Social Media, Facebook vs TV" and during the final meeting - "Advertising on the Internet". During the three-day meetings participants will be given assignments. Karine Nazaryan noted that in case of successful performance, students will receive certificates of participation.
