COMPETITION-FESTIVAL “VOICE OF INDEPENDENCE GENERATION” HAS BEEN SUMMARIZED
The cultural competition-festival of young creators dedicated to the 100th anniversary of YSU foundation has been summarized in the Cultural Centre of YSU.

The festival was held in the Cultural Centre from 10 to 14 of June. 150 participants from 12 universities of Armenia took part in it. 75 of them got certificates in different nominations, 27 winners got prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, 7 participants got encouraging prizes and 3 participants got special prizes.

The literature and composition contest was held on the last day of the competition, June 14.

The writer and essayist David Samvelyan delivered a master class within the frames of the contest, then the participants got certificates.

A literary composition based on the works of the modern poet, and literary critic, YSU professor Henrik Edoyan was presented at YSU Charles Aznavour Culture Center.

A meeting with Armenian composer, People's Artist of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Mansuryan took place at YSU Charles Aznavour Culture Center, during which university rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan presented the maestro with YSU gold medal.
