STUDENTS WERE RECEIVED BY WITH RALPH YIRIKIAN
On December 5, a group of students from Yerevan State University visited “VivaCell-MTS” headquarters.

The visit was organized within the framework of cooperation between YSU Faculty of Economics and Management and VivaCell-MTS.

The university students met with VivaCell-MTS CEO Ralph Yirikian, who delivered an interactive lecture. He presented episodes from his experience, spoke about the peculiarities of managerial activities, advised students to become a good specialist and progressively move forward, remembering that nothing happens at once.

“If a person wants to learn and gain a wealth of experience, to be a good, strong manager, he must start from the very begginning. If you are assigned to sit on the chair at once, you will definitely fail to understand what is going on below. But if you go up and down over the years, you will not leave anything open, you will be closer to all questions and you will be able to make the right decisions in the working environment. Work experience is very important,” - said Ralph Yirikian and added that VivaCell-MTS doors are always open for students.

Ralph Yirikian presented activities of VivaCell-MTS, spoke about the brand name, organization’s employees and the team.

Students asked questions to the speaker. They were related to the programs implemented by VivaCell-MTS, the terms of employment in the company, the features that attract the attention of new employees.

At the end of the meeting, Deputy Head of the Chair of Management and Business of YSU Faculty of Economics and Management Anna Hakobjanyan thanked for the lecture and expressed hope that such meetings would be periodic.
