THE UNIVERSITY INTRANET SYSTEM WILL OPERATE
An intranet system for YSU employees has been developed in the frames of YSU strategic development plan (2016-2020).

A series of seminars are organized to introduce the employees the above mentioned system developed by the experts of by YSU Information Systems Service and Development Department and Information Technology Education and Research Center.

 

Seminars, organized at the initiative of YSU administration, were held in parallel at the 6th building of the university and the hall of sessions of YSU academic Council. The seminars were conducted by the vice-rectors of YSU. The participants were the assistants of the chairs and the employees of the laboratories, who will be responsible for counseling all employees and provision of information on the system.

 

The intranet system is aimed to automate and make more efficient exchange of information flows and processes of accountability, contribute to the formation of a united information system.

 

 

All the employees should log in with their personal e-mail addresses (ysu.am) and enter the results of the pedagogic and research activities (articles, theses, monographs, patents, etc.).

 

The seminars will be ongoing and will be held by the specialists of the Information Systems Service and Development Department and Information Technology Education and Research Center.

 

The guide “On the intranet system” will be available on the website “Documents” of YSU internet portal.
