YSU JOINS "100 HOUSES IN ARTSAKH" PROJECT
YSU JOINS "100 HOUSES IN ARTSAKH" PROJECT
YSU also joins the "100 Homes in Artsakh" project jointly implemented by the Public Television and the "Living Artsakh" Foundation.

YSU finances the construction of one house.

The goal of the "100 Houses in Artsakh" project is to provide housing to the displaced people of Artsakh who lost their homes as a result of the war.

Under this program, apartments will be built near the village of Dahrav in Askeran, 16 km from Stepanakert. In a conversation with us, YSU Acting Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan said that the idea of joining the program was discussed at the sitting and approved.

"We decided that the university should participate in this program, and we decided to join the project at the expense of our savings, thus showing that YSU remains convinced that Artsakh and its inhabitants should always be in the center of our attention."
