“AT YSU FACULTY OF PHYSICS I GAINED NOT ONLY ANALYTICAL THINKING AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY ABROAD, BUT ALSO VALUABLE MEMORIES AND FRIENDS”. VAHAGN MURADYAN
At YSU Faculty of Physics Vahagn Muradyan gained not only basic professional knowledge, analytical thinking and the opportunity to study abroad, but also valuable memories and friends.

- How did you decide to study at Yerevan State University, and what role did Alma Mater play in your life?

I chose YSU Faculty of Physics for two reasons: first, YSU was a logical continuation of the high-quality education provided by the Shahinyan School.

YSU has proved with its years of experience that it is one of the best universities in Armenia. The second was my interest in physics, and this subject is taught professionally at the university.

Everything corresponded to my wishes.

- You are currently studying in one of the leading French universities, how did you get admitted and what are your future plans?

The Faculty of Physics has many collaborations with various leading organizations and laboratories in the field. I was able to enter the Alikhanyan National Laboratory as an intern, and during that time I had little success.

Later, when I was admitted to the master's program, I realized that I could study in different countries thanks to YSU. I am currently studying at the Franche-Comté Federal University in Burgon, France, with a double degree exchange program.

As for the future, I must say that I do not intend to stay in a foreign country for a long time, I would like to use the knowledge and skills I received in the future for the development of our country.

- What advice would you give to young people and especially to YSU students?

I will advise today's youth to unconditionally follow the path they have chosen, goals and dreams, and if they encounter risks along the way, they will accept the challenges without fear.
