YSU Pre-University Education Department continues organizing visits of high school pupils to YSU, as well as lectures’ visits to high schools.
All the visits are aimed at promoting the professional orientation of the graduating children of the schools, raising awareness and directing them to YSU.
On October 6, Dean of YSU Faculty of Law Gagik Ghazinyan visited Heratsi High School, where he delivered a lecture on “Constitutional Reforms” for 11th and 12th grade pupils.
Gagik Ghazinyan told us that the topic was presented to the pupils in depth: “We have presented general provisions; we have discussed with the pupils a new management system based on changes. I think it was a very productive meeting because they were very excited and active.”
According to Gagik Ghazinyan, the meeting greatly contributed to the future professional orientation of pupils.
On the same day, on October 6, lecturer of YSU Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics Tigran Khachikyan delivered a lecture on “Elements of Probability Theory” at 142 high school in Yerevan.
On October 10 YSU Faculty of Armenian Philology hosted the pupils of the high school # 54.
On the same day Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, Associate Professor of the Chair of Theoretical Philosophy and Logic of YSU Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology delivered a lecture at 159 high school.
On October 12, YSU Faculty of Russian Philology hosted 105 high school pupils, in the framework of which Nikolai Gogol's “Shinel” was presented.
On the same day lecturer of YSU Faculty of History Tigran Gevorgyan delivered a lecture at 103 high school.
