Team-leadership on working level. Appointed as one of five Armenian experts of GRECO to conduct evaluation/monitoring visits to other member-states to GRECO. Authored the Anti-corruption action plan for the Armenian judiciary for (2003-2005), after adoption of it by the Council of Court Chairmen – responsible for its implementation
