Another success on international arena: YSU students win at World Economy Olympiad Four students from the YSU Faculty of Economics and Management participated in the international remote Olympiad organized by the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. Scholarship competition for interdisciplinary master's theses summarized YSU provides research scholarships to master's students to encourage the compiling of interdisciplinary research theses. In the academic year 2023-2024, 8 students received scholarships for their work on compiling these theses.

YSU Academic Council approves decisions regarding chairperson elections The YSU Academic Council convened to address four key agenda items, including the confirmation of chairperson election results, the approval of associate professor titles, and the endorsement of publications from the YSU Publishing Council. Additionally, the Council honored Professor Ara Gabuzyan, Doctor of Legal Sciences, with the title of "Honorary Head of YSU."
Archeology and ethnology: a way to promote Armenia’s global recognition The "Archaeology and Ethnology" Master's program at the YSU Faculty of History offers students the opportunity to work in the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia and participate in international archaeological expeditions. Through these expeditions, students gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technologies and become co-authors of the discovered monuments.

Professor Ara Sanjyan from University of Michigan-Dearborn visits YSU Ara Sanjyan, Associate Professor of Historical Sciences, Director of the Armenian Research Center at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, delivered a lecture series at the YSU Faculty of History. His lectures focused on interpreting the concepts of "Diaspora" and the "History of the Diaspora", emphasizing the importance of studying the past of Diaspora Armenians.
