Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department performs YSU personnel registration, employee training and certification, makes drafts of orders on hiring, firing, encouraging employees, imposing disciplinary sanctions on them, and other legal acts regulating labor relations, manages records of adopted legal acts and performs other functions related to labor relations.
Writes drafts of YSU employees' training, certification, promotion procedures, job descriptions and other legal acts and ensures the proper implementation of the process of training and certification of employees in accordance with the manner established by those acts. Under the instructions of YSU rector, conducts an internal investigation, takes measures to comply with the requirements of the current legislation, YSU Charter, YSU Collective Agreement, internal disciplinary and ethical rules during YSU activities, as well as responds to received official letters, citizens' applications, complaints, suggestions, etc.
