The admission of foreign citizens is carried out by the " The procedure for admission of foreign citizens to higher educational institutions of the RA” approved by the relevant decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. According to this procedure, the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports accepts the applicants' documents.
