The international conference "ARMENIA AS A CIVILIZATIONAL CROSSROAD: HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL TIES" is scheduled to take place from March 28 to 30, 2024, organized by the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia and Yerevan State University. The event will explore Armenia's role as a meeting point of civilizations throughout history, emphasizing its historical and cultural connections.
The conference aims to explore Armenia's connections with its neighboring states and people, emphasizing the role of Armenian statehood in the region. Discussions during the event will encompass historical and cultural aspects of the involved states and populations. The conference will be conducted in Armenian, Russian, and English, with the option of simultaneous translation. Presenters are allotted a maximum of 15 minutes for their reports.
Abstracts of the papers will be published before the conference. Conference papers will be published as a separate collection after double review and recommendation for publication.
Expenses of conference participants from abroad (travel, accommodation, meals) elected by the organizing committee, will be covered.
Interested scholars are invited to submit their applications to the email address conferencearm@gmail.com by January 30, 2024. The applications will undergo a review process, and individuals will be informed of the results by February 15, 2024.
