Yerevan State University announces the acceptance of applications for leasing the premises of a café located at 52 Abovyan Street.
Area of the premises: 118 sqm
Minimum monthly rent: 348,000 AMD
Preference will be given to the company offering the highest rental payment.
Applications should be submitted electronically to info@ysu.am, specifying the proposed monthly rent amount.
The deadline for submission of applications is March 12, 2025.
