Admission Announcement for 2025-2026 Academic Year at YSU STEM High School

YSU STEM High School is pleased to announce the commencement of the admission process for the 10th grade of the 2025-2026 academic year in the streams of natural-mathematical sciences and social sciences (humanities).

Admission Requirements:

1. Natural Sciences and Mathematics Stream:
   Applicants must take one written examination, selecting one of the following subjects:

• Mathematics (including Arithmetic or Geometry)

• Physics

• Chemistry

• Biology
  The subject choice is made by the applicant.
   

2. Social Sciences (Humanities) Stream:
   Applicants must take one written examination, selecting one of the following subjects:

• Armenian Language and Literature

• English
  The subject choice is made by the applicant. 

The content of the admission exams will be based on the general education curriculum up to the first semester of the 9th grade in the relevant subjects.

The primary language of instruction at YSU STEM High School is Armenian; however, proficiency in English is mandatory.

Admission for winners of the Republican Subject Olympiads and participants in the International Subject Olympiads (in the relevant streams) will be conducted without examination, in accordance with the established admission procedures of YSU STEM High School. 

Both Armenian citizens and foreign nationals are eligible to apply.

• Submission of Electronic Applications: 10.03.2025 - 11.04.2025 (via admission.ysu.am)

• Written Examination: 15.05.2025 - 20.05.2025 

• Compilation of Results from the Written Examination: 26.05.2025 - 01.06.2025

• Appeals Stage: 02.06.2025 - 03.06.2025

• Oral Examination: 10.06.2025 - 15.06.2025

• Publication of Final Results: 30.06.2025
