Initiated by the University of Tartu, the online course titled "Democracy and Autonomy in the EU's Eastern Neighbourhood" will be held from April 28 to June 6, 2025. The course will present the key characteristics and features of democratic and autocratic systems, as well as the historical factors shaping the political systems of the Eastern Neighbourhood and the mechanisms for analyzing them.
The course is free of charge and open to both University of Tartu students and the general public.
