A meeting-discussion on the topic of "HR Challenges and Future Labor Market Development Trends" was held within the framework of the collaboration between YSU Alumni and Career Center and ACBA Bank, featuring representatives from the bank.
The speakers at the event included Ani Poghosyan, Head of the Talent Acquisition Department at ACBA Bank, senior specialist Anna Gevorgyan, and specialists Mariam Martirosyan and Diana Ghalumyan.
During the meeting, the students were introduced to the mission and values of the bank, as well as the work of the bank’s Human Resources Management Department.
The speakers emphasized the importance of aligning with labor market demands and developing both hard and soft skills when starting a professional career.
The event also covered the format and tools for crafting resumes, as well as the essential skills for preparing for and presenting oneself effectively in interviews. The students had the opportunity to participate in a mock interview, gaining valuable experience.
