Main Responsibilities
- Provide effective end-user support by resolving technical issues and offering technical assistance.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and evaluation of new and existing operating systems.
- Participate in equipment relocation tasks, demonstrating the physical ability to lift up to 12 kilograms.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and updating of system administration documentation.
- Collaborate and thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in the field of IT or a related sphere.
- Demonstrate experience in maintaining Windows-based computers, particularly those running Windows 10.
- Display proficient searching skills to effectively find relevant technical information.
- Have a good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and colleagues.
Nice to have
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills with an analytical mindset.
- Possess a general understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSH, FTP, RDP, etc.
- Familiarity with Linux and/or macOS.
