Main Responsibilities
- Оrganizes office day-to-day activities
- Receives and prioritizes tasks assigned by the CEO
- Acts as the point of contact among executives, partners, and other local and international partners
- Manages the CEO's day-to-day operational and administrative activities by establishing a schedule and overseeing its execution
- Additionally, the Executive Assistant oversees the CEO's calendar
- Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manages correspondence: letters, faxes, memorandums, records of phone conversations, and requests for information
- Manages the office filing system
Organizes seminars, meetings, workshops, and events, including those on a non-local scale
Responsibilities: (Оptional)
- Makes arrangements to prepare agendas and presentations
- Respond to the CEO’s electronic emails and letters
- Maintains activity reports for all arrangements
- Makes financial and other reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Hospitality & Tourism, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of work experience in assistant manager or assistant director roles
- Experience in a multinational environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software, particularly the MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
- At least intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English, and Russian (Proficiency in Russian would be a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks in demanding situations
- Ability to analyze and summarize information into reports
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
