Main Responsibilities
Provide high-level, caring and engaged customer service based on school rules and policies
Ensure timely and skilled administrative support to school teachers
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions
Draft/proof-read/update ICLT documents required by the management: timetables, customer accounts, attendances, questionnaires, etc
Maintain and enhance school tidiness, supervise school resources
Assist in organizing various in-house and outdoor projects and events
Required Qualifications
- Successful organizational & project management skills
- Strong command of Armenian, English and Russian languages desired
- Experience in handling high flow of customers, making registrations, following up with the services rendered
- Excellent computer literacy and agility in learning new software for school management
- Relentlessly outgoing personality, sociability, natural conflict manager with a knack for de-escalation and problem solution
