Main Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive PMP training courses in accordance with PMI standards and guidelines
- Develop and update course materials, including presentations, study guides, practice exams, and other instructional resources
- Provide expert guidance and support to students, answering questions, clarifying concepts, and offering feedback on their progress
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student performance and readiness for the PMP exam
- Stay current with changes in the PMP certification requirements and updates to the PMBOK guide, integrating these changes into the curriculum
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and success
- Mentor and support students in their professional development and career advancement
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification in good standing with PMI or
- Proven experience as a PMP Instructor for at least 3 years
- Experience of successfully creating and delivering PMP courses
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional project management experience
- Strong knowledge of PMI’s PMBOK Guide and PMP exam requirements
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and technology-enhanced learning tools
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
