Texts, Interpretations, and Entanglements in the Study of Islamicate History: International Conference
From August 28 to 30, Yerevan State University will host an international conference titled "Texts, Interpretations, and Entanglements in the Study of Islamicate History." This event will take place at the Scientific Council Hall and is organized by the Chair of Arabic Studies at the YSU Faculty of Oriental Studies, in collaboration with the Center for Arab Culture named after Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain.
The conference aims to bring together leading experts from various fields of regional studies related to the Middle East and North Africa.
The opening session will feature welcome speeches by YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan and Ruben Melkonyan, Dean of the YSU Faculty of Oriental Studies.
