The Foundation named after Petros Aloyan, double laureate of state awards of the USSR and RA, Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, professor and famous geologist, announces a competition for undergraduate and graduate students studying in full-time and part-time mode in the "Geology" educational program, Faculty of Geography and Geology, Yerevan State University.
The foundation will award two students with the best graduation paper (one for Bachelor’s degree and one for Master’s degree) a cash prize in Armenian drams equivalent to 1,500 Euros.
The best graduation paper will be selected by a professional committee based on the following criteria:
- justification of the relevance of the paper,
- presence of innovative proposals of a theoretical and (or) applied nature in the paper,
- justification and analysis of the obtained results.
All undergraduate and graduate students of the "Geology" educational program are beneficiaries of this competition.
It should be noted that the graduation papers (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) of the students studying in full-time and part-time mode in the "Geology" educational program, Faculty of Geography and Geology, Yerevan State University (2023-2024 academic year) are already under review within the scope of this competition.
