1. Admission criteria/requirements
Graduates with Bachelor's, Master's degrees, or diploma specialist qualifications from RA state and other non-state universities accredited by professions/institutional accreditation have the opportunity to apply for the program. The admission will be carried out according to the admission procedure of the Master's degree program of Yerevan State University.
2. Programme Objectives
The goal of the program is to prepare economist specialists who can work in different cultural environments, taking into account different social and economic norms and rules of behavior. Graduates of the program can work in RA state or private companies whose activities are related to the foreign sector, as well as in the offices of international economic organizations operating in RA.
3. Educational outcomes of the programme
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Present the problems related to foreign trade.
- Identify opportunities for international trade and development of services.
- Present the features of international business and international management.
- List the main ways of entering the international market.
- Choose the most appropriate methods for the implementation of specific international marketing research.
- Present the problems related to the international financial system.
- Explain the issues of foreign economic activity.
- Analyze the activities of international economic organizations in the economy.
- Explain the issues related to international finance.
- Discuss the possibilities of attracting and using foreign investments.
- Choose the most appropriate forms of international calculations.
- Formulate the ways and forms of exchange rate regulation.
- Identify the changes taking place in the international financial markets.
- Assess the functioning of the international banking system.
- Use various sources of information (Internet resources, electronic libraries, scientific articles, and reports.
- Predict the existing problems, estimate the resources necessary for their solution, and explain the cause-and-effect relationships of changes in economic phenomena.
- Prepare and make reports, cover research results, and conduct scientific debates.

5. Graduates future career opportunities
Graduates of the "International Economic Relations" Master's educational program can work in the offices of such international economic organizations operating in the republic as:

· in the economic structures of the United Nations,
· In the embassies of different countries in RA.
A significant part of RA state and private companies have departments dealing with foreign economic relations, where graduates of the given Master's educational program can work. Commercial banks operating in RA deal with foreign trade financing issues, servicing international loans, currency financial transactions, and correspondent relations with various international banks. Graduates of the program can engage in all of the functions listed.
Finally, the graduates of the given master's educational program can continue their studies in the post-graduate course with the specialty "International Economics".

· ability to conduct sociological and marketing research,
· ability to lead a research group.

· ability to communicate orally with the audience,
· ability to present research results in writing,
· knowledge of at least one foreign language (at least B1 level of English).
ICT application
· basic computer skills (fluent command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point package),
· the ability to use modern social platforms,
· skills to prepare and present presentations (pptx, prezi, canva, etc.).
