General information
There are professional competencies fixed by the educational programs in the RA, which need to be supplemented. Based in a period of the pandemic, the post-war consequences and online education the project presented new requirements for professional skills: the saturation of communication technologies, the emotional maturity, the generalized. During the implementation of the program, a three-level model of professional psychosocial abilities will be proposed, which will ensure the path of professional development. The upper level should include research, organizational, technological skills, the middle level should include the activity of a specialist, motivations, and the lower level should include the emotional, behavioral and voluntary qualities. As a result of the reshaping of professional competencies, a three-level model will be presented studies, research, expert data, ideas of young and experienced professionals and comparative analysis. The project will be implemented by theoretical analyzes and researches, surveys, testing, expert assessments and focus groups will be conducted, and in the third year, final year, practical materials and manuals will be published, trainings will be conducted in professional groups, the three-level model of competencies will be finalized.
