Synthesis of new derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole on the based of proline and determination of their catalytic activity

The objectives of this program to obtain new derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole based on proline, which can be used in asymmetric synthesis as Brønsted bases and/or ligands in catalytic reactions with transition metals. To study the catalytic activity of the synthesized compounds in Michael addition reactions, to evaluate their regio- and stereoselectivity. To study the catalytic activity of the synthesized compounds with transition metals: Pd, Cu, Ni in catalyzed cross-coupling reactions, to evaluate their regio- and stereoselectivity.
