ASSESMENT OF HISTOMORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES AND LOCAL IMMUNE RESPONSE OF UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT MUCOSA IN PATIENTS WITH COVID-19-ASSOCIATED MYCOSES

Using histological, cytological, immunohistochemical methods, histomorphological changes in the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract of patients with COVID-19-associated mycoses will be examined in order to detect immune inflammation. The data obtained will make it possible to identify the cytological patterns of the development of inflammatory processes, to find out the presence of immunopathological processes in conditions of exposure to mycofactors in the mucous membrane of patients with COVID-19-associated mycoses of the upper respiratory tract. The results of the study will serve as the basis for the development of preventive and therapeutic measures in the fight against COVID-19.
