MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF AR AND FACULTY OF LAW OF YSU DEVELOP GENERAL APPROACHES TO DRAFT LAW

During the discussion were presented the conceptual ideas that are fixed in the draft, which according to the faculty are vulnerable.

Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan, Deputy Minister Srbuhi Galyan, Minister's Advisor Ani Vardapetyan, who coordinates the development of the draft law, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Law Gagik Ghazinyan, Head of the Department of Civil Procedure Vahe Hovhannisyan, were present at the discussion.

At the meeting other fields of cooperation between the two structures also were discussed.

YSU Faculty of Law has expressed readiness to present professional opinion on important Draft Laws  as well.
