It was organized by the initiative of the Assistant of the Chair of Civil Procedure of the Faculty of Law Tigran Khachikyan and the SSS of the Faculty.
Speaking to us, the course leader said that the moot court is an opportunity to put into practice the knowledge students have acquired during the academic year.
He argued that in preparing for the moot, students did group work in advance, dividing roles, clarifying adopted positions, preparing questions for their team's favorable and opposing witnesses, trying to anticipate opposing questions, as well as preparing opening speeches and court statements.
Moot is very effective because it gives students not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills.
