LECTURE ON THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ARTSAKH ISSUE AT YSU

The President of the Club Liparit Ghazaryan welcomed the present students and introduced the guest, noting that there are four groups in the field of international relations: legal, political-diplomatic, military and ideological.

"The topic of our discussion today is" The Artsakh issue in the context of international law, we will try to hold the discussion in the legal field."

Taron Simonyan welcomed those present and thanked for the invitation and said that he was very happy to give a lecture on this topic. “We've talked a lot about the topic at various levels, but we always come to a point where we can no longer go forward. It is a matter of factual regulation of the problem, because if we are guided by a scientific interpretation of international law, the Artsakh issue as such is resolved.

The solution can be recorded very simply, but as the problem also has political, economic, ideological sides, it is very difficult to resolve it only through international law.
