"RETURNING TO IRAN IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME." CULTURAL CONSULTANT OF THE EMBASSY OF IRI IN RA
A meeting with Seyed Mohammad Reza Heydari, Cultural Adviser of the Iranian Embassy, took place at YSU Chair of Iranian Studies today.
Dean of YSU Faculty of Oriental Studies Ruben Melkonyan, Head of the Chair of Iranian Studies Vardan Voskanyan, lecturers and students of the chair were present at the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Voskanyan greeted the guest, thanking him for the bilateral cultural cooperation he had during this period, as well as for his goodwill and willingness.
He stressed that the Chair of Iranian Studies closely cooperates with the Iranian cultural and scientific centers, and within the framework of that close cooperation the IRI Cultural Center in Armenia has made a decision to support the chair.
He also stated that today's event is unique in its nature, as books and computer equipment will be donated to the Chair of Iranian Studies within the framework of the event. "I hope that our cooperation will continue and become more multi-layered, thanks to which we will be able to contribute to the development of Armenian-Iranian friendly relations."
Seyed Mohammad Reza Heydari also thanked the Head of the Chair of Iranian Studies, the staff for their cooperation and warm attitude.
He mentioned that it is very difficult for him to leave Armenia and return to Iran, as he feels at home due to the warm atmosphere here.
