THE TEAMS OF YSU FACULTY OF LAW ARE THE BEST IN THE INTER-UNIVERSITY COMPUTATION
Students of YSU Faculty of Law participated in the Banking Law Moot Court Competition organized by the Office of the Financial System Mediator and won all the prizes.

The Moot Court Competition organized by the Office of the Financial System Mediator is a competition in the field of banking law, in which student teams from different universities participate.
It aims to increase students' interest in banking law, deeper study of the field, as well as to ensure the exchange of innovative solutions, ideas and thoughts on legal issues between students of different universities.
The competition consists of two stages: writing and speaking.
During the writing, participants submit a customer request and the organization's response.
The speaking part is structured in two stages: preliminary, semi-final and final, as a result of which the winner of the competition is determined.
