Within the framework of cooperation of the Alumni and Career Centre of YSU and Innovative Center on Scientific-Practical Complex Studies “GOY” the seminar-training entitled “ EQ.
The role of emotional intelligence in career development and self-control” has been held today.
Those present were greeted by the director of the Centre for Alumni and Career Centre of YSU Lilit Hakobyan.
The training was conducted by the chief specialist of “GOY” centre, consultant psychologist Susanna Avetisyan.
The main goal of the seminar is to find out how the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) influences career what role it plays in the issue of profession selection.
