"RUSSIAN LANGUAGE HAS ITS INVESTMENT IN THE NATIONAL SPIRITUAL AND INTELLECTUAL TREASURY OF ARMENIA " INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AT YSU
Today at YSU Hall after Charents took place an opening of an International Conference "Russian Studies in XXL Century: in the XXL Century Development Trends and Directions".
The Dean of the Faculty of Russian Philology of YSU P. Balayan delivered an opening speech at the beginning of the conference.
He thanked the guests of the conference as well as the Ambassador of Russia to Armenia.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Colleagues and Students, this is the most comprehensive conference in our faculty and in Armenia in the last 20 years dedicated to the problems of teaching Russian language, Russian and Russian literature," said Dean. Balayan.
He spoke about the most famous scholars in the faculty and mentioned that today there are talented and knowledgeable lecturers in the faculty.
The Acting Rector G. Gevorgyan spoke about the establishment of YSU, saying that this decision was a very important and significant step for the Armenian government.
