Astghik Avetisyan was awarded the Letters of Commendation of the President of the Republic of Armenia and YSU Rector. She was honored with YSU Silver Medal and received numerous diplomas and certificates of professional development. Astghik Avetisyan is a member of the honorable jury in the Eventiada IPRA Golden World Awards, a member of the Armenian PR Awards committee, as well as a jury chair and jury member of multiple journalism competitions. She is married and has two children.
