Individual consultations are free for YSU employees/students. They have exclusively educational essence and the active participation of the author in the discussion of the text is mandatory. The Center does not give an opinion on the editing or proofreading of the submitted text and does not guarantee its publication.

The center does NOT provide the following services:

• Consultation without the participation of the author,
• Translation of articles,
• Editing texts translated using online translators (for example, "Google Translate"),
• Search for a suitable journal/conference.

Suggestions before consulting:

• Get an idea of the journal in which you plan to publish your article,
• Carefully read the requirements submitted to the authors of the journal,
• Study the requirements for the formation of articles and form the text according to those requirements,
• Be careful when working on the text by using online tools (www.grammarly.com, https://spellcheckplus.com/, https://www.analyzemywriting.com/) to reduce errors.

Rules for participation in counseling:

• REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY to participate in counseling. After filling out the form, you will receive an email confirming the date and time of the consultation.
• Registration is through a university email only.
• It is not possible to register with two counselors at the same time (1 session at a time).
• Register for counseling at least 1 day in advance. Inform the person in charge of the center about the cancellation or rescheduling of the consultation at least 2 hours before the consultation.
• Monitoring the quality of work is of primary importance for the center; therefore filling out the evaluation form is mandatory.
