On February 12, 2025, an informational session for students was held, initiated by YSU Alumni and Career Center, where the details of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia’s (ISAA) "Young Professionals Engagement" program were presented.
During the meeting, students were introduced to the program’s content, importance, objectives, details on how to apply, the opportunities provided, and the potential job offers available to the top-performing participants at the end of the program.
The "Young Professionals Engagement" program lasts for one year. By joining the program, participants have the opportunity to choose three out of the agency's six departments and gain hands-on experience in those teams.
By working across three different teams within the agency, participants gain a comprehensive understanding, experience, and knowledge of digital transformation and digitization. The top performers at the end of the program will have the opportunity to continue their journey within the agency, receiving job offers.
During the meeting, students asked the representatives of the organization various questions regarding both the program and the details of starting a career within the company.
