International Open Lecture at YSU: Arbitration Training as Important Element of Legal Education

On September 5, 2024, at 9:45 am, in YSU Paleans Hall, an international open lecture titled "Arbitration Training as Important Element of Legal Education" will be held.

The lecture will be conducted by Professor Eckart Brodermann from Hamburg University (Germany) and Professor Armen Haykyants from Yerevan State University.

The speakers will address the drafting of arbitration agreements, especially the choice of material law within arbitration frameworks, the conflicts of law, and the UNIDROIT principles.

The lecture will be delivered in English and Armenian, with simultaneous translation provided.
